Living Room
MADDOX STREET i s a fantastic location between New Bond Street and Regent Street. The property is five minutes from GROSVENOR SQUARE, BERKELEY SQUARE, HANOVER SQUARE, OXFORD STREET in the heart of Mayfair. It is perfect. A visitor can be to all the theatres of Shaftesbury Avenue, Charing Cross, and Covent Garden in a short walk. The Royal Academy and Fortnum and Mason can be reached in five minutes. If you like fine clothes and jewelery, Bond Street is your destination. If you are interested in going to Her Majesty's Theatre, you can be there in ten minutes. Pall Mall and St. James's Park are near. Wonderful. If I were going to London, I would want to be in this location--stunning. The building itself is completely refurbished to the highest standard and is extremely attractive. The accommodation is on the second floor with lifts--all of the finest quaiity. This flat for two persons has a queen size bed with good storage and is very, very pleasant. The bathroom has a shower stall, wash hand basin, and loo--again finest quality. The comfortable lounge has large windows and is very bright. The kitchen has all machines including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The flat is perfect when considering cost, quality, location, and transportation, AND AIR CONDITIONING TO TOP IT ALL OFF. A wonderful new, bright, quality setting. PICCADILLY CIRCUS, OXFORD CIRCUS, AND BOND STREET are all convenient tube stations. Really nice. HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with wireless router (802.llb/g) has been installed for those traveling with computers. Property is designated non-smoking.
